The People's Council

The People's Council Linda Brunker , 2006 Three carved granite figures representing everyman, everywoman and youth, sit surrounding an inlaid granite disk with a black polished obelisk in the center. As the sun moves, the obelisk casts a shadow like a sundial on words representing the aspirations of the community.
